Reguliersdwarsstraat is by bike only 5 minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal Station. By public transport:

Tram routes 2 and 12 via the Koningsplein stop on Singel,
Route 24 via De Munt stop on Vijzelstraat,
Routes 4 and 14 via a stop on Rembrandtplein.
Bus routes: N82, N83 and N88.

Rokin Station on the new Noord/Zuidlijn metro (line 52) is just a 5-minute walk from Reguliersdwarsstraat.

Car drivers can reach Reguliersdwarsstraat from the A10 ring road via exit S110. There is a new bike park in the De Munthof building with room for over 250 bikes. The first 24 hours are free.
